• Only one Video entry per person.
• All email entries must be submitted before midnight July 31st, 2012. Once you have emailed the Link, there can be NO revisions made.
• The individuals with the winning videos will be notified via email to recieve their prize.
• Your contest video entry may NOT CONTAIN, as determined by QSB, in our sole discretion, any content that:
- ◦ is sexually explicit or suggestive; unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; contains nudity;
- ◦ promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco (or the use of any of the previous); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous.
- ◦ is obscene or offensive; endorses any form of hate or hate group;
- ◦ appears to duplicate any other submitted contest entries;
- ◦ contains copyrighted materials owned by others.
- ◦ communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will with which we wish to associate;
- ◦ Violates any state or federal laws.
