Quality Silver Bullion (QSB) is excited to announce our very first Round Design Contest. We invite all aspiring and professional artists to bring their vision to life, encapsulating the essence of quality, precision, and legacy inherent to QSB. The winning design will be featured on a limited-edition series of silver rounds.

1. Eligibility:

1.1. Open to residents of the USA aged 18 and over.

1.2. Both professional and amateur designers are welcome.

1.3. Employees of QSB, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to the contest are not eligible.

2. Design Guidelines:

2.1. The design should be original and not previously used.

2.2. The design should encapsulate the values and legacy of QSB. Please keep in mind that we are a family company, and will not accept crude images. Images of faces are also discouraged.

2.3. Participants can submit designs for both obverse (front) and reverse (back) or either one.

2.4. Designs should be submitted in high-resolution digital format. Vector formats (e.g., AI, EPS) are preferred.

2.5. Any text included should be clear and legible.

3. Submission Process:

3.1. Submit your designs to contact@regencymint.com.

3.2. Include your full name, address, phone number, and a brief description of your design.

3.3. Multiple entries per participant are allowed, but each design should be submitted separately.

3.4. Entries must be submitted by November 1, 2023.

4. Selection Process:

4.1. A panel of judges, including QSB officials and industry experts, will evaluate the designs.

4.2. The designs will be judged based on creativity, relevance, and representation of QSB’s values.

4.3. Top designs will be sent out to the public to select the winner from. 

4.4. The decision of the judges is final and binding.

5. Prizes:

5.1. First Prize: First 5 struck rounds with design on.

5.2. Second Prize: $100 coupon to QSB’s website. 

5.3. Third Prize: Discounted coupons to QSB’s website.

5.4. Honorable mentions may receive special recognition.

6. Rights & Permissions:

6.1. By entering the contest, participants grant QSB the rights to reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of the design in any media now or hereafter.

6.2. The winning design will become the property of QSB and will be used for commercial purposes.

6.3. Participants guarantee that their submissions are their original works and do not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

7. Miscellaneous:

7.1. QSB reserves the right to modify the rules or cancel the contest at any time without notice.

7.2. QSB is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

7.3. Winners will be announced on November 16, 2023 on QSB’s official website and social media channels.
