My order said it failed, but my card was charged multiple times. Why?
If you received notice that your order failed, you will not be charged multiple times. Your card will put the funds in the “pending” status for 3-10 business days until your bank realizes the transaction has failed, at which point the funds will be “returned” to your account. If the charge does go through, please contact us and we can send over notice from our processing system that your payment failed..
What does “backorder”mean on your products?
QSB does not keep a large stock of every product. Depending on the quantity and product you are looking for, we may have it in stock to ship out shortly. Otherwise, we will reach out to one of our suppliers to mint the item, which is what causes the backorder. We will do everything possible to get your order out as quickly as possible, but please note that some products on backorder could be as far out as six weeks, depending on our supplier’s availability.

QSB has always had a great relationship with Regency Mint. We often purchase and resale their items to the public, and refer people to Regency for their great customer service.

Do you have a physical address I can purchase from?
Arrangements can be made to pick up or pay for orders by appointment only, but QSB does not have a physical storefront where we display or store products.
