Introducing Silver & Copper Bullion combined, with the Indian Head & Buffalo Nickel design in Bimetallic Silver & Copper.
We are excited about this new addition to our lineup of products. We feel it is sure to be a big hit when you take it out of the package. This bimetallic piece is made of one half ounce of .999 fine silver, that is pressed into the center of a copper ring. The blanks are then struck, locking them together. It is similar to that used by the Royal Canadian Mint when they make the famous Twoonie $2 coins, or the 1 & 2 Euro bimetallic coins of the European Union.
James Earl Fraser’s iconic Indian Head & Buffalo design was made famous on the 1913 nickel, and was later reused on the .9999 fine gold $50 bullion piece. This bimetallic medal features that same iconic design, with an innovative twist. It contains a half troy ounce of .999 fine silver inside of an outer ring of copper.
