Product Description

Duty to God Medal that is a replica of that issued by the LDS Church. Approximately 42mm in diameter. Comes in a velvet-flocked box.

Similar to our antiqued brass Duty to God medallions, this Duty to God Medallion features a beautiful rendition of the LDS Salt Lake Temple. The image on the back side of the medallion shows John the Baptist conferring the Aaronic Priesthood to Joseph Smith and Oliver Cowdery. It is approximately 42mm in diameter, and comes in a velvet-flocked display box. After an overwhelming request for these Duty to God Medallions, there are finally available.

These are not minted for the LDS Church, and they are not issued by them. This is a replica of the original Duty to God medal which has been discontinued by the Church. The design has been slightly modified to avoid any confusion with the original Duty to God medallions.  They are made of zinc with a shiny silver plating, which makes them lighter than the originals.

These medals are a beautiful commemoration of completing this Young Men’s award.
